Bag Drops
Hotel Rooms |
- Drop bags will be collected at

Point.
- A one-bag-per-person strategy
will be employed, with the bags arriving at each overnight location
prior to
hotel check-in time; the goal being noon each day
- There is no guarantee that hotel
rooms will be available before normal check-in time, however, we, and
the
hotels, will do our best.
- Food will be limited or
unavailable prior to normal hotel check-in time, however each of the
chosen
locations
has ample food and hotel options in the area, generally 24/7

Airports |
- There are flights directly into
Key West – taxi service to the hotel
- Flying into Orlando or Miami – rent a car and drive to Key West
- Flying into Fort Myers Beach –
taxi service to the Hampton Inn
- For those who make their own way
to Key West, it would be logical to then take the ferry back to Key
West at the
end of the ride before returning home OR we would have some limited
capacity to
move luggage to Fort Myers Beach, TBD
